The unprofessional behavior of Dr. Lorraine Roth MD of North Chicago is truly disgusting.
This so called "Doctor" has been seen yelling at former patients, including military veterans, who voluntarily came to her for help. It seems she thinks that some of her patients were sent to her against their will, so she saw fit to treat them like naughty children that needed to be punished. If her deductive reasoning skills were more developed, she would realize that anyone that comes to her of their own accord, is putting their trust in her that she has good intentions. Even more, if a person returns to her several times, that would indicate they are not "thinking that she is against them" as she said to one of my buddies. This friend of mine went to her voluntarily, not obligated to see her, and she accused him of thinking that he "thought she was against him". Does it make any sense to accuse someone of thinking this after he had already seen her more than a dozen times ? Most people who think that "everybody is out to get me" would not see a psychiatrist by their own choice to begin with, much less see one more than a dozen times voluntarily.
It is obvious her common sense and logical reasoning skills leave a lot to be desired.
And that buddy of mine is now doing fine and has been in a loving, stable relationship for the past 4 years now with a stunner of a girlfriend. No thanks to this hack of a psychiatrist, but thanks to a life coach with much less schooling but much more common sense and compassion.

I had 2 close friends who made the mistake of seeing this psychiatrist Dr. Lorraine Roth (who needs some serious counseling herself) and they both told me the same story of how this woman treats military veterans. It seems as if she has a personal vendetta against vets for some reason. Or maybe it is just a complete lack of respect for people who are less formally educated than she had the good fortune of becoming. Not everybody can afford to attend universities for 8 years or more, or wish to put themselves in debt with student loans.
This woman is very verbally violent and emotionally abusive. Anyone thinking of seeing this "Doctor" for help would be wise to look for someone else.
Please do not make the mistake of seeing Dr. Lorraine Roth MD !
